Description The Spotlight Customer Relationship Management Assessment Demo is based on an environment created for a CRM consulting firm. Potential clients are given access to the assessment in order to receive free analysis of their current CRM capabilities and insight on areas in need of improvement. After completing the assessment and viewing the analysis, users are able to download a PDF report summarizing their assessment results. Assessments similar to this could be used for lead generation purposes, as users’ contact information, usage data, and assessment results are tracked and stored in a database for prospecting and sales follow-ups. Alternatively, by incorporating a more advanced recommendation engine, the assessment could be used as a front-end for a Fyros capability analysis application. |

Description The Privacy Healthcheck Demo is also built using the Spotlight assessment framework. The visual style is similar to the CRM Demo above. Users are asked a series of questions pertaining to their privacy management, then shown a report highlighting their strengths and weaknesses across several privacy areas. This application is meant as a healthcheck to quickly highlight an organization's privacy-related risks and exposures. Fyros also develops more complex assessment applications which can be used as business controls to manage legal and regulatory compliance in areas such as privacy. Data collected in the assessment is stored in the database for compliance tracking and to generate online executive summary reports for better informed decision making. Users can be given a list of required action items, then are able re-log into the assessment and update their answers. |
